KCA. - Keep a Child Alive

Take Action

Make it Count

Off the heels of an incredible year (Alicia and our team raised over $38,000!), we’re back at it again and gearing up for the TCS NYC Marathon. Ask anyone who has run it in the past and they will surely tell you it was one of the most incredible experiences of their lives.

We invite you to join 49,999 other runners to take on this amazing city on Sunday, November 6th, all while helping transform the lives of children and families affected by HIV. This is one of the most desirable, yet hardest marathons to get into, but through Keep a Child Alive you’re guaranteed a spot.

Marathon 2014

Here are some of the perks of joining our team:

  • KCA racing jersey
  • KCA swag bag
  • Personal online fundraising page and support
  • Regular e-mails with fundraising and marathon training tips from yours truly!
  • To know that your 26.2 miles are impacting the lives of thousands of people living with HIV

Here is the nitty gritty:

As a Keep a Child Alive charity runner, you will receive guaranteed entry into the 2016 TCS NYC Marathon. You will be required to meet a minimum fundraising goal of $3,000 by Friday, November 11, 2016, as well as pay a race registration fee to New York Road Runners.

Already have a spot? You can still run with us! We welcome you to join us with a minimum fundraising commitment of $360 – the cost of treatment and care for a child for an entire year.

And most importantly, 100% of the funds you raise will go directly toward providing HIV treatment and care to children and families in Africa and India.

Happy running!

Hello,… I would love to be able to run with you guys. I don’t live in the US, is this an issue?
