The New Year is often about setting intention. Many choose to focus on their health. Many choose to focus on making the world a better place. We’re going to help you do both!
On Sunday, May 7th, 2017 Keep a Child Alive will be participating in the TD Five Boro Bike Tour – and you’re invited to be on our team. This incredible 40-mile bike tour takes you from lower Manhattan, up to the Bronx, over the 59th Street Bridge, into Brooklyn, and ultimately over the Verrazano Bridge ending in Staten Island. The best part … there are NO cars!
This event is fun and safe for everyone – from bicycle enthusiasts to those barely off training wheels. There is food and entertainment along the way, and you are free to go at your own pace. It sells out fast every year, so riding for charity is the best way to get involved. Plus it gives you VIP start access and delicious lunch at the finish line.
How does it work?
As a charity rider, you are tasked with changing lives! There is a $50 registration fee and a $1,000 fundraising requirement to participate. Everything you raise will go directly toward providing holistic HIV care for children and families in Africa and India.
We’ll set you up for success:
- Guaranteed entry into the 2017 TD Five Boro Bike Tour
- Online fundraising page
- Fundraising tips and support to help you reach your goal
- Priority start in the first wave
- Breakfast and lunch on the day-of
It feels like you may have just figured out your New Year’s resolution…
