Create a Fundraiser.

There is strength in numbers. Rally your friends and family to fight AIDS alongside you by staging your own Keep a Child Alive fundraiser.

By inspiring others, you’ll be able to make a bigger impact in the lives of children and families affected by AIDS.

Here’s how:

Create your own online campaign in honor of your birthday, graduation, or just because! Decide how you want to raise funds and set your goal. Then share with your friends and family and let them know why Keep a Child Alive is important to you.

-OR-

Organize an event in your community to raise awareness and funds. Let your creativity shine! Event ideas include a concert, talent show, documentary viewing, car wash, and yoga class.

We love our fundraisers. You do incredible things.

Here are just a couple of examples that have inspired us.

  • Jeremy RaffnerClimbing Mount Kilimanjaro

Before their climb of Mount Kilimanjaro, 15 year-old Jeremy and his father rallied friends and family to give back to children and families affected by HIV and AIDS. Their hard work, both on and off the mountain, helped raise over $12,000.

  • Lynne MacGregorFreestyle Fundraising

Determined to make a difference in the lives of people affected by HIV in her own country, Lynn took on the challenge of swimming 7.5 km off the coast of South Africa. She raised $4,085 swimming amongst sharks in ice cold water!

  • Chris ScottBe The Change Event

After learning about the vital work of KCA through Alicia Keys, Chris knew he had to do something to help. He decided to organize Be the Change, a concert in his church to benefit KCA. The event is now in its third year!
